In today's consumer market, imperfect goods are relegated to being sold at low prices as "bargain goods" or even treated as waste. Hengstyle takes on responsibility for its business operations by extending the life cycle of imperfect goods. As a result, it established the "restyle2050" platform. Imperfect goods are inspected, repaired, and classified into different grades for sale. Moreover, customers are offered a 20-day inspection period along with a 50-week warranty, transforming imperfect goods into consumption choices imbued with a "recyclable" sustainable consciousness.

The entire operation mechanism is divided into three stages: Firstly, imperfect goods are inspected, repaired, and graded by Hengstyle, the authorized distributor. Secondly, the "refresh" recycling program collects old machines and hands them over to the refurbishment department of Hengstyle, which uses new original factory parts for replacements. Thirdly, in collaboration with the Taiwan Design Research Institute and the design departments
of universities, products are redesigned to add additional value, showcasing unique lifestyle styles and a proactive attitude towards sustainability.

The "restyle2050" platform has been online for a year now. Through interaction and communication, the
actual return rate has dropped to within 2%. Launched in 2022, its social media account on Instagram has
attracted over 2,700 followers. Its aim is to gradually change the established impression around "imperfection" and help consumers embrace the innate beauty of flaws.
